.FMP files and import them on another device or installation. This is useful for backups, sharing plans with others, or migrating to a new computer.
Enable Import/Export
Import and export must be enabled in Settings before you can use it:- Open Settings → System tab
- Enable the Import/Export toggle
- The export and import options now appear in the plan context menu
If you don’t see Import or Export in the right-click menu, check that Import/Export is enabled in Settings > System.
Exporting a Plan
- Right-click the plan you want to export
- Select Export
- Choose a location to save the
.FMPfile - The plan configuration is saved to the file
.FMP file contains the complete plan configuration including targets, schedule, plan type, and protection settings.
Importing a Plan
- Right-click anywhere in the Plans list
- Select Import
- Browse to and select the
.FMPfile - The plan is added to your Plans list
Use Cases

Notes
- Exported files contain plan configuration only — not usage statistics, history, or account data
- Protection passwords are included in the export, so handle
.FMPfiles carefully - If you’re logged in with plan sync enabled, consider using cloud sync instead for automatic cross-device sync
